
Submit Your Event Listing
Please email your event listing information to info@gctvguilford.org with a subject heading of "Event Listing for GCTV".
Please indicate if this is a non-profit or business listing. If this is a business listing GCTV will follow up with a link for payment.
General Guidelines for Event Submissions
Please submit the following:
your organization/company name
event name
location
date/time
public contact information
website.
Note: This is the basic information GCTV will post on our Events page.
You may submit a brief (no press releases) description of one or two lines about your event. GCTV reserves the right to edit this or not include should it be deemed too lengthy. Please make sure you include your website where full details can be found. GCTV will link to your site.
You may also submit a logo for your listing. No photos at this time.
Scheduling Process
GCTV makes every effort to post announcements in a timely manner. It is helpful to us if you send your announcement at least a month before the event date.
Events are posted in chronological order of Event date on our website's Community Event page.
Preference is not given to a paid business placement over an unpaid community announcement.
Rules for Non-Profit Submission
You must be a resident of Guilford, Branford, North Branford, North Haven, Madison, Wallingford or East Haven to submit an annoucement.
GCTV will not post events hosted by private citizen's. Even if it is for charity.
Announcements must be for events sponsored by non-profit organizations (501c3), public schools or government agencies.
